Today was the second time fully weight bearing, using crutches and the leg braces i managed three good stands.. a big improvement on Saturday before, the main thing’s today - i could bring myself upright out of the standing chair (while my standing chair was in the upright position) from 85% to upright and back again, i can push through on my quads - tensing where necessary.. and my hip flexors where kicking in…
