today i had physio/hydro pool time - my stamina was really good, we looked at
reasons why my legs were kicking.. and found it’s most likely an “overflow” from my hips when swimming, as my body gets tired, my arms and shoulders start fatiguing then the rest of my body starts to “assist” firing signals off everywhere, while standing (in the chair) i can activate my quad muscles and prevent my legs from buckling.. i can try and use this in the pool - repeated sessions should “kick things off”
