9.4 miles with my leg bike, using the electrical stimulant to fire off my muscles (FES), and now getting ready for a hydro session.. (the film “ground hog day” comes to mind…) unfortunately with an injury such as mine, repetition is the key.. and as with any muscle – use it or lose it! and as shitty as it is.. i’m still not prepared to give up – no-one knows what tomorrow will bring.
