On Friday i went up to London, so no pt (shhh.. but a very welcome break) and with the increased strength and stamina i found it so much easier around the shops, then Saturday had physio with Steve, started off a bad session.. the idea was to stand with the parallel bars, but due to unforeseen problems did a wobbly but independent transfer into the standing chair and stood with just the knee block, using core strength to pull away from the chair and test my balance.. following this had more work done on my back
