now with my new sitting position (and now i’m recovered from saturday) the leg session feels better, higher resistance and a smoother ride – i can now feel my muscles really pushing through. The arm session has had the pads moved around now so they stim different muscles, and the session has now been split into two fifteen minute sessions the first backwards then forward to really work the lats.. plus by raising the bike (for the legs) the arm cycles higher, so now i’m cycling further “up hill” so a more intense session all round
