Alex will walk again

Tomorrow i’ll be back on the treadmill with Steve, yesterday i took a “leisure day” in my off road chair.. today i will go for a full body stim on my FES bike (legs and arms). On the 12th i’ll be back up to Stoke Mandaville Hospital - on the 13th i will be showing the FES RTI 300 bike for cyclone mobility

after a bad weekend, i had an easy day yesterday then this morning i was back on my bike, on Saturday my left foot felt like it would pop! yesterday i had a “warm pulsing pins and needles in it” then today it’s a lot more sensitive to touch.. and it was a very different feeling doing 9 mile on my bike…
