today another session on my bike – legs and arms, i’m already feeling better after the arm sessions.. i’m feeling like i can go again! i wont.. not just yet, i dont want to over do things early on, but soon i will build up my session. my last physio went well – again on the treadmill, on Saturday i’m bringing in my parallel bars, we are going to see how much weight i can bear through my legs and arms, this is in preperation for trying out a walker - my first real steps

tomorrow i’m taking a break, i’m going to see the new Avatar film
