physio was good, i’ve been on parallel bars.. i dont get much from these sessions, but my physio gets very excited! my gluets and quads fire and i’m bearing weight through my legs – things improving… slowly slowly.. but still in the right direction, this week i’m hitting the leg bike! i need to build
up “me ol leggy’s”
plus we’ve found its not a squirrel in the roof… it’s a big mouse!
