My Story...
Hi I’m Alex and I’m a marine engineer, while working out in the Caribbean in 2006 during some leisure time I went swimming and my whole life changed in an instant... I hit my head on a sand bank and broke my neck. The vertebrae at c5 fractured and c6 broke into three parts one of which damaged my spinal cord, leaving me paralysed from the chest down. More

i will be in my shorts and up early, first leg bike then my arm bike.. followed by the off road chair – hopefully i’ll be able to jump into the pool if the weather warms up…. who knows

the arm bike

i’m going to do my arm bike today – the British weather is well and truly back.. last week could well have been our summer, 2 days for the country to go slightly different shades of red, so not swimming!!

it’s Van Damme today

i tried a double leg session… but after 6.02 miles into the second one i had to stop – i still did 14.12 miles watching Van Damme

bike

i’m just about to do a double session on my FES leg bike followed by an arm session so 23 miles coming up! while i watch Chuck Norris in MIA 3!

SORRY!

i get comments on here a lot.. i accepted one recently and it linked itself to my hotmail then sent out adverts to my address book.. this has been deleted now and i’m only accepting comments from people i know so shouldn’t happen again!

SORRY AGAIN!
