the bike with 9.1miles then swimming, turning, diving.. my swimmings stronger each day, yesterday i had physio in the pool trying to improve my strength and technique – yesterday i had bad nerve pain, i’ve put it down to the extra stimulant in my core muscles thru C8 to T6, it burns but things are changing and sitting around as i do….. i need something, i’m looking into kayak’s and adapting one so it wont capsize (so easily) i’ll be back in or on the water
