i suffered really bad the past few days from the infection caused from swimming with the hedgehog… i did 18miles on my bike yesterday and 13miles today, tomorrow i plan to do two sessions (18miles) then out in the off road chair

I suffered from that infection from 3rd August and I still have side effects, like low blood pressure and no energy.. You never know what’s round the corner!

I was going to ask you about this… how did you end up swimming with a hedgehog? did it fall in the pool and drown????
