Alex will walk again

13 miles on my leg bike today, then lunch then a wasp sting in my arm!!! tomorrow i’m doing hydro with Steve, he is going off on holiday for 2 weeks allowing a trip out sailing on Saturday

the plan is to do my leg bike followed by my arm bike, then lunch with my nan and grandad and baby Lexie.. who knows after that?

physio today i’m back on the treadmill (assisted steps) then possibly a trip to the pub for one beer and some sambuka….

if 40 people could give me $500 i’d have an exo-skeleton, independence and above all i’ll be walking!

but…. anybody helping in anyway would be appreciated so much

a double session on the leg bike, i had to cut the 2nd run short (only by 4 min’s) i had aBIG energy crash - still 18 miles, then i went off road to go to see the pigs

i feel as motivated as a fish dried out on the beach with a skunks arse gaffa taped to its head being pee’d on after a jellyfish sting with an eye full of onion juice….

besides this, in physio today i went in the pool, my swimming is coming on - i did 1 1/2 lengths under water without the snorkel! so my lungs are getting stronger, we worked on my core stability and balance in preparation for kayaking

I couldn’t put a price on walking again.. and if medical science can’t do it, another way is using an exo-skeleton - with this i wont “actually walk” but the skeleton walks for me - which will get me upright and moving independently, which is everything to me.. and as i said “i couldn’t put a price on it” someone has and it’s $20,000 i just don’t have that sort of cash.. if anyone does or can help in anyway - please help a young and really attractive guy get his life back
